Linear Media, Inc. is pleased to introduce its new nightly, two-hour interactive show, Subtext . The show premiered on The CW Austin on Friday, October 6.

Subtext aims to build an interactive community in which users partcipate with the show and each other through television, text messages, the show's website, and face-to-face at events around Austin. The show's on-air content is viewer-controlled. Text messages are sent in by the viewers and displayed on screen, while the Subtext hosts comments and solicit messages. This brand of cross-media entertainment has been more and more popular due to increasing interest in text messaging and other media convergence.
